Last updated: 26 October 2026
- 14-day money-back guarantee on your first subscription payment (monthly or yearly): request a refund within 14 days of purchase, no reason needed.
- Requests go through Paddle (our Merchant of Record) via the receipt email or https://paddle.net, or write to sadollahkarami1@gmail.com and we will handle it.
- After 14 days, payments are not refundable except where required by law or in case of a billing error or a service fault we cannot fix.
- Renewals: if you were charged for a renewal you did not intend, contact us within 14 days of the renewal charge for a refund.
- Cancelling stops future charges; access remains until the end of the paid period.
- Refunds are returned to the original payment method; timing depends on your bank.
Nothing here limits your statutory consumer rights.
